Hey guys im trying to cook a butter chicken recipie and it calls for the seeds from cardamon pods. i have some black ones and used a mortal and pestle to break them open. They are quite pungent and im not sure if they are the ones i should be using should i leave them out entirely or use the seeds from the black pod.
