Paneer Mushroom Masala
Delicious vege Masala curry
  1. Tomato puree - 4 tomatoes
  2. Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  3. Paneer chopped in to small cubes
  4. 1/2 table spoon Garam masala powder
  5. 1/2 table spoon Cumin powder
  6. 1 table spoon Coriander
  7. 1 table spoon Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 table spoon Red chili powder
  9. Oil 3 tsp table spoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  12. Whipping cream 3/4 cup
  13. Butter 1 stick
  14. Kasoori methi 1 table spoon

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, cook it till raw smell from ginger garlic goes away. Then add tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add cumin powder and coriander powder then cover t cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add red chili powder and cook for 1 minute
  4. Add butter & cover and again cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkling garam-masala powder and pour 3/4 cup of water and bring it to boil.
  6. Add salt and kasoori methi powder and cook it for 1 minute.
  7. Add mushroom and paneer, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Finally, add cream, mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
