Preparation

Rinse the rice under abundant cold water to minimize starch content. Let it drain. Then place the cleaned rice in a large bowl with 3 liters of water and let it soak for at least 1 hour. Blend it with part of the water in which it was soaked, condensed milk, evaporated milk and 1 cinnamon stick.

Next pour the rice shake into the bowl with the water in which the rice was soaked and stir until well mixed. Strain with a clean sky blanket or fine sieve into a glass jug.   • 1 cup of rice.
  • 2 liters of water.
  • 1 cup of chopped tender coconut pulp.
  • 1 can (378 grams) of evaporated milk.
  • 1 can (397 grams) of condensed milk.
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Instructions

First, rinse the rice and soak in the water for 8 hours or overnight. Then, blend until the rice has been well ground. Strain into a 3-liter pitcher. Remove the rice left in the drain.

Next, take 1 cup of the rice water and mix together with the coconut, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla and cinnamon, until the coconut has been well ground. Pour into the vessel with the rest of the rice milk and blend well. Finally, refrigerate to serve cold.
